
Stuart Reynolds – Head Golf Coach
Stuart is a PGA Professional of more than 30 years and coaches all age groups and abilities. A big believer in mastering the mental side of the game, Stuart employs a variety of ways to help his students develop their all-round game.
On the technical side he uses video and launch monitors where appropriate. With game-strategy and overall mental playing ability, Stuart is a qualified VISION54 Coach. His primary focus is helping players transfer their best game from the range to the course with awareness and improvements in Performance and Human skills. Stuart is a regular tournament player with numerous regional competition wins. His standout playing achievement to date was scoring 59 (-12) in a professional tournament.

Rachel Bailey – Golf Coach
Rachel is an experienced PGA Professional having qualified in 2008 after competing on the Ladies European Tour. Rachel had six years of competing all over Europe and Australia. She competed in the British Open, Evian Masters and was a member of the victorious Weetabix Challenge LET team.
After completing the PGA qualification Rachel has gone on to do various professional development courses as well as qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. This enables her to run a Fit for Golf programme where she will assess a person’s fitness to play golf as well as working on the technical aspects of the swing. Rachel coaches players of all abilities. She is a Staffordshire County coach and also runs a Ladies Beginners programme at her home club.

Dr Matthew Bird – Sports Psychologist
Dr Matt is a Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Lincoln. His role includes teaching sport and exercise psychology modules at the undergraduate and Master’s level. Matt also teaches undergraduate research methods and supervises undergraduate, Masters, and PhD students’ research projects.
He is an active researcher and published in areas related to professional practice issues in sport psychology, and mental health in athletes. Matt holds the Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) status from the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and provides applied sport psychology support to various individuals and teams. His main research focus is understanding factors which contribute to athlete mental health such as mental health literacy and stigma.

Rebecca Gartshore – Yoga & Flexibility Specialist
Rebecca has more than 20 years’ experience in teaching Hatha yoga and Yoga Flow; yoga for rehabilitation and pre- and post-natal yoga. Her classes are a combination of flowing poses using breathing techniques, stretches and relaxation to tone and relax the body and mind.
Rebecca has experience of working closely with adults of all ages recovering from injury, stress or trauma, as well as children diagnosed with autism and Down’s syndrome. Above all, Rebecca’s classes are fun, invigorating and leave everyone feeling ready to face the day – especially if that involves 18 holes of intensive golf!

John Chivers – Golf Coach
John has been a PGA Professional for more than 25 years and teaches beginner to advanced courses for the Armed Services. He constantly updates his knowledge by attending PGA seminars with expert instructors from around the world. He has read and reviewed lots of instructional material and enjoys discussing all aspects of golf. John enjoys teaching all ages and abilities using his own tried and tested methods. A simple swing is an efficient swing, creating consistency, accuracy and power, and he uses this to help golfers of all abilities from amateur, county and at professional levels of the game.

Kate Belcher – Fitness & Training Specialist
Once crowned the Best Fitness trainer in the UK, Kate is a Studio Owner, Master Personal Trainer, Fitness Educator and Assessor, as well as teacher of numerous exercise classes a week! Kate firmly believes that fitness should be accessible to everyone. Currently Kate is studying to learn oncology therapy in addition to her extensive knoweldge in sports massage treatment.
